Our management team comprises more than 100 years of combined insurance industry experience. We put that experience to work for our customers every day. That’s where it counts. 
David Kerford President and Chief Executive Officer Dave has spent more than 25 years in the insurance industry. His background includes agency and financial planning experience, as well as technical and executive positions with InsureZone, Cybertek, PMSC, IBM, and The Leverage Group. He is a graduate of Clemson University.

Jack Walton Chief Operating Officer Jack has more the 25 years of insurance industry experience. Having worked for carriers and vendors, his broad experience in agency automation, client implementation and support, product development, and account management, affords him unique insight. Jack has a B.S. in Commerce and has earned project management certifications from the Wharton School of Business and the Worcester Polytechnic Institute. His responsibilities at AQS include client implementation, support processes, and product development. 
C. Bruce Davis Chief Marketing Officer With nearly 30 years of experience with insurance software, Bruce has managed systems implementations and related development projects and overseen global strategies for business-process and technology outsourcing. He’s served in executive and sales and marketing positions with Policy Management Systems Corporation, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), and Unisys Corporation. Bruce earned his BA from Wofford College and his MBA from the University of South Carolina.  John Murry Chief Financial Officer John joined AQS in January, 2007, with more than 20 years of financial experience in high-tech companies. He has extensive experience with strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and new business ventures, holding the position of CFO at two software companies prior to joining us. John received his BA in Accounting from Lakeland College and his MBA from Marquette University. 
John Worden Vice President and Chief Technology Officer John has been with AQS for more than 25 years. He started as a developer, was the chief technical architect of AQS Advantage and its attendant products, and was promoted to Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in 2006. John's technical skills and knowledge, combined with his experience in providing commercial-lines processing to our diverse client base, forms the expertise with which he leads our product direction and development. 
Martha Audley Sr. Vice President – Account Management and Legal Affairs Martha Audley joined AQS as Vice President of Client Services in October, 2002, after spending 25 years in the healthcare industry. She brings extensive experience with strategic business planning, mergers and acquisitions, customer service operations, business re-engineering, and personnel management. Martha also has directed start-up operations in insurance companies and in home health care. 
Derek Borckmann Vice President - Client Services Derek has been with AQS for more than 12 years, bringing more than 10 years of business experience and 15 years of technical experience to the team. Having served in technical and business roles, he now leads the Client Services organization, working with new implementations and existing customers. Derek received his MIS degree from Stratton College. 
Barb Kozloski Managing Director – Nashua, NH office Barb has worked in management and client-facing roles for more than 20 years at AQS. She has extensive experience with our products, the industry, and customer service, along with a practical understanding of carrier challenges and business issues. She provides strong leadership to our Nashua office, while ensuring that our customers experience successful implementations and receive full support for the AQS product suite.
